Consultations, dispensing and expiry · Fiji

Consultation fees, dispensing
and expiry dates in order.

Charge consultations and procedures as service items, dispense from batches that expire first, and keep patient accounts with statements. Tillometry is the till and stockroom, not the medical record.

How Tillometry fits
clinics & pharmacies.

What is included in every plan, and what is a priced add-on switched on for your account after a setup review.

Consultations as service items

Consultation, dressing, injection: priced items with no stock, recorded against the clinician signed in.

Included in every plan

Batch and expiry control

Receive medicines by lot with expiry dates; the till allocates the earliest expiry first and the sell-by report shows what to clear.

Retail plan and above

Patient and company accounts

Sell on account to a patient or an employer, record repayments and print statements.

Measured dispensing

Liquids by the millilitre with the measured goods add-on, if you dispense from bulk.

Add-on · from FJ$25/month

What it does
not do yet.

Tillometry does not store clinical notes, prescriptions or test results and does not connect to insurers or FNPF. It is not a medical records system; use it for charging, dispensing stock and accounts only.

Something only your business needs?

Custom add-ons are built for one business and priced for that business alone, for example a report in your accountant’s layout, an export for a supplier, or a workflow specific to your trade. They are agreed in writing, appear on your monthly invoice as their own line, and are listed in your workspace under Settings. Tell us what you need when you request a demo.

Questions from store owners

Clinics & pharmacies,
answered.

Is patient information safe in Tillometry?

Only what a till needs is stored: a name, a phone number and account history. No clinical information should be entered. Each business’s data is isolated at the database level.

Can we track controlled medicines?

Batch tracking records what was received and what was sold by lot, with the staff member on each sale. A separate register for controlled drugs remains your responsibility.

Can the pharmacy and the clinic share one account?

Yes. Products, batches, customers and reports are shared; a second location is the Multi-store plan.
